The ERG Summit - Elevate's national signature event convenes Employee Resource Group leaders, champions and sponsors, as well as diversity advocates from major organizations to share and learn best practices in talent development and business development.

The Elevate Forum - The Elevate Forum is a signature event of the UCSD Rady School of Management’s Elevate Leadership Certificate Program and gathers senior executives from major Fortune 500-level organizations as thought leaders and advisors. The invitation-only event showcases 20 senior executives in lightning talks of 3 minutes or less.
